Yes, you may turn our service on/off at your request. Please submit your request from our Edit Account Status page on our website. Please allow 24 hours for reply/forwarding status changes to take effect. Turning off your account will not discontinue billing. Billing will only stop if you close your account completely. There is a $10.00 charge to re-open any account that has been closed. There is no charge to turn your account on/off.
