May I turn a Yellow Brick Home spec home into a custom home at any point in the construction process?
Yellow Brick Homes believes that anything is possible! The answer to this question is however, very complex. Every effort will be made to accommodate your tastes based on the time frame of when you sign a sales contract. Each home is built in stages and many items are selected at the design stage prior to the start of construction. Items such as paint and tile color can usually be changed easily because they are purchased as needed. Items such as cabinets or carpet are ordered quite early in the building stage and cannot be modified as easily. Again, anything is possible!
