May I translate a section or an entire HRW report or similar document into another language for public distribution in my country?
HRW handles such requests on a case-by-case basis. Permission is necessary for such uses of HRW Materials. HRW reserves the right to review the translated document for accuracy, and approval of the translation will be a condition of permitting the desired use. We will consider requests to sell the translation and, if approved, will provide a contract for such purposes. Please send all such requests to permissions@hrw.org.
