A. If the LimbLogic VS units are unopened and are new in the box, Ohio Willow Wood can issue an RMA and credit a customer’s account. Ohio Willow Wood will ship a new 1600-series LimbLogic VS and issue a new invoice. The lead time on this is five business days from the date Ohio Willow Wood receives the 1500 series unit(s).
