You may order additional CARExpress cards either on-line or by contacting CARExpress Customer Service at 1-866-305-SAVE. To order on-line, go to the Member area of our webpage, and follow the ordering instructions. The additional cards will always show the primary cardholder’s name and account number; they will not be customized with each family member’s name.
