May I choose to switch between EasyVoice Small Office, Office and Unlimited?
You may not switch between the EasyVoice Small Office or Office plans and the EasyVoice Unlimited plan. The only exception is that you may decide to upgrade from EasyVoice Small Office to EasyVoice Office at any time. You are required to upgrade from EasyVoice Small Office to EasyVoice Office in the event that you exceed 5 employees or one business location No other switching between these plans is permitted. What happens to unused minutes in my Shared Minute Plan? Unused minutes may be carried forward from one month to the next in any Shared Minute Plan with EasyVoice Small Office or EasyVoice Office Plan.
