May I cancel my previous phone service at any time, after switching to Jephone?
If your internet service is provided by a Cable Company, you may cancel your current phone service at any time. If your internet service is provided by Bell’s DSL, you need to contact with bell to cancel your telephone service and change your traditional DSL internet service to dryloop DSL internet service. There is no extra fee for the drylooop internet service. But there are some DSL providers need you keep the traditional telephone service to get the DSL internet serive. Before you subscribe our service, you need to confirm with your internet provider.
