Yes, with the exception that a local distributor permittee may not sell or deliver any liquor on days a package store permittee is prohibited from selling liquor. [Section 105.02] A beer distributor may begin sales and delivery activity at 4 a.m. on any day except Sunday in a county with a population of 1.8 million or more people and in any county adjacent to such a county.
