However, analysts in the Program Planning, Development and Evaluation Division (PPDED) review the administration budget and question expenses that appear to be unusual and/or above the average for the region. Related to this, please note that once the agreement is negotiated, the sum allocated for administrative expenses is final. CCC expects the program to be completed with the administrative funds in the initial agreement. Increases in administrative expenses are rarely approved after the agreement is signed.
