A. No. All TSP forms must be sent to the TSP Service Office at the address on the form. EMPLOYEES MUST NOT SUBMIT WITHDRAWAL REQUEST BEFORE THE DATE THAT THEY SEPARATE FROM SERVICE. AGAIN, EMPLOYEES MUST BE SEPARATED FOR 31 OR MORE FULL CALENDAR DAYS.
