May employees request exchanges and/or allocation changes?
There are no restrictions or fees for exchanges or allocation changes other than the short-term trading policies of the Plan or its underlying investment options. The employee may manage changes online by logging into their account at www.azsrsp.com or by calling a Nationwide representative at the Phoenix office at 602-26 -2733 or 1-888-292-1401. Reminder: some fund managers may impose a redemption or short-term trade fee. These fees are disclosed in fund prospectuses, and are collected by the fund company.
