May e-mail be used to notify “DOTD World” of an employees death?
No. The Intranet Bulletin Board is used for notification of the death of an employee or relative of an employee. Any employee may add a notice to the Bulletin Board. Death Notices may only be posted for DOTD employees or designated relatives: parent, step-parent, child, step-child, brother, step-brother, sister, step-sister, spouse, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandparent, or grandchild. Death Notices will be automatically removed from the Bulletin Board after 5 days.
