No. Contractual constraints may prohibit British Airways from selling BA Miles to certain companies. British Airways, in its sole discretion, may determine from time to time not to sell BA Miles to a specific company. If as a result of a Partner’s misconduct, BA Miles are issued contrary to the Partner Programme terms and conditions the BA Miles in question will be cancelled without refund and the Partner’s participation in the Partner Programme terminated.
