May an Applicant or Lender-Applicant file more than one Application under the Section 1705 Program?
An applicant or lender-applicant may submit more than one application for the Financial Institution Partnership Program (FIPP) Solicitation – Commercial Technology Renewable Energy Generation Projects (Solicitation Number: DE-FOA-0000166). Applicants may also submit more than one application for the the Commercial Technology Manufacturing Solicitation (Solicitation Number: DE-SOL-0002197)Applicants interested in the Renewable Energy, and Advanced Transmission and Distribution Technologies Solicitation (Solicitation Number: DE-FOA-0000140) may submit more than one project if it uses different technologies. An applicant may not, however, submit multiple projects using the same technology.
