A. Yes. However, the applicant is expected to notify the ADS Program office immediately of his or her decision to forfeit the ADS Program Scholar award. But in the end, the ADS Program process and requirements should not deter a highly qualified and committed doctoral student from seeking admission to the school of his or her choice. Q.
