Any educator whom the Principal/Building Level Coordinator assigns to be an Examiner in a building must meet all West Virginia Board of Education Policy 2340 Examiner requirements. (See the Examiner definition in West Virginia Board of Education Policy 2340, §3.12.) Aides must be approved on an annual basis by the Office of Assessment and Accountability.
