May a school use the Single Plan for Student Achievement in the development of a SWP plan?

The single plan for student achievement (DOC; 1.27MB; 63pp.; 01-Sep-2010) template was designed to meet state and Federal content requirements for school plans funded through the Consolidation Application. When using this template for the SWP, schools should take care to ensure that the ten Federally required components for Title I SWP schools are included in their completed plan. The Components of a Title I Schoolwide Program Plan is available on the CDE Web page.
