For Threelac the therapeutic dose is 2 to 4 packets per day. Each can holds 60 packets. Once your Candida symptoms have abated, maintain that dosage for another 30 days and then you can go to the ThreeLac maintenance dose of one packet per day to maintain the absence of Candida!
