We purposely use a softer material in the hanger to insure the mount will break before the frame. If you are sure all adjustments have been made correctly, you may want to use a different brand hanger. Wheels Mfg is now making a hanger to fit our frames, but keep in mind: your frame will not be warrantied if using another manufacturer’s hanger.
