Mart employees, whats the difference between an excused and unexcused absence?
If you are late getting to work or do not come at all because you were involved in an auto accident, and you let your boss know this asap, he has to excuse you from not showing up at your job. If you were out partying all night, and overslept, and showed up an hour late, this is a lame unexcused absence. In other words, either you act like a responsible grown woman, or mess up as a young immature girl might do, and blame the world for getting fired.
