You will be required to have completed a Certification by Licensing Agency/Board form by the state(s) where you currently hold or have previously held real estate licenses. Broker candidates should complete the form and submit it to AMP with their registration materials. Salesperson candidates may take the exam, but must have the form completed before applying for a license. To avoid a delay in applying for a license a salesperson would be wise to fill out the form and send it off to the other state s licensing board before sitting for the exam. The certification basically states that your license was (is) in good standing, was never disciplined or revoked, and that there are no disciplinary procedures pending.
