Many services are provided in community based settings (home or other community environment). How will that be handled?
• DSHS does not foresee significant changes in the process when CMBHS is implemented. If field based staff are entering data in CMBHS via wireless laptops, then speed/responsiveness of the system will depend on wireless signal strength. We understand that this will be an operational change from a paper based system. DSHS and ValueOptions will work with providers to discuss how to make this process operational.
