SpooliT can be setup to archive spoolfiles using a generic profile to a location that Users can access via the SpooliT Viewer product. These profiles do have the required access to perform FTP but the profile cant be used to sign on to the system. It is used only by SpooliT to enable communications and manage and view spool files. These user profiles can then be used by any number of users as required. This way, the user has no access to the as400, but can still access archived spoolfiles as determined by an administrator.
