There are a lot of things that can cause this, make sure if you are using SIP or IAX2 trunks that you have your provider registered in your sip.conf or iax.conf file and check registry status in Asterisk CLI: “sip show registry” or “iax2 show registry”. One other cause of this may be that your AST_VDauto_dial script may not be working(start it up manually), or you may have some junk records in your vicidial_auto_calls table before you start dialing(delete them).
