Mango fruits are infested by fruit borer. Give control Measures ?
A. Like Pink colour striped white larve bore into the young fruits from the bottom and feed inside. This results in immature fruit drop. The insect hibernates in dry twigs and bark. So clean orchard has to be maintained. Spray neem oil or NSKE @ 10ml / l. As a final resort spray Cypermethrine @ .5 ml / l at flowering and fruit formation.
