Manager wants to change my notice period to 3 months – how do I say no?
You do not need the job so tell her that whilst you have no intention of leaving you are not prepared to put yourself through three months of working somewhere when you want to be somewhere else if you decide to do so. If she bullies you leave you only have to give a weeks notice. If you have to give three months just imagine what she will put you through during that time. Forget the not fair plea from her Employers do not play fair because they do not have to and this one will not, She may of course want to get rid of you but it does not matter.
