Malfunction of holding function or monitoring?
In order for the holding function or monitoring to function correctly, the latch bolt must engage min. 9 mm (electric door strike with 5 mm Fafix adjustment). If the depth of engagement of the latch bolt is less, the arrester pin or the slide is not pressed in fully and the monitoring function is not guaranteed. The microswitch is not activated and the arrester pin cannot hold.
