I drove the car a couple of weeks ago on a tour that involved a long hard pull for several miles up at least 2000 feet, second gear all the way, and then of course an equally long and steep downhill, again in second gear. I was impressed. I’ve never owned a car before that didn’t want to pop out of second on a downhill.
