Export (or copy and paste) a series of images from Art-O-Matic to a GIF animation editor, such as the free Microsoft GIF Animator (www.microsoft.com). The images can be easily generated from Art-O-Matic by doing a series of edits and then using Undo/Redo to replay each edit.
