That FCC number is a LiteOn, and in that FCC, the HOT is 2SC5150 and D407 is a Sanyo DD54RC damper diode. Nationwide (www.neiparts.com) or B&D Enterprises (www.bdent.com) may have these. Also, if the HOT had shorted, see if there is an open 2 Amp microfuse on the board. Try asking Nationwide about sourcing the LiteOn Eeproms.
