This sounds like a Domain Name Server (DNS) problem. You could browse any website by the actual public IP address but not the WEB URL. EX: You could view the Yahoo website by browse the public IP 66.218.71.81 but not the www.yahoo.com. FIX: Since this is the DNS problem, and on MAC O/S, there is no place you could modify the DNS setting. Then you have to going to your SYSTEM FOLDER on your MAC workstation, you will find a MACTCP DNR folder. Please delete this folder from your MAC workstation and restart the computer.
