Luthers Taunt says that Opponent must discard 1 attack for every attack he plays next turn. What does this mean?
A21.1 For every attack the opponent WANTS to play next turn, he has to discard an attack first. So if you had 4 attacks, and wanted to play 2, you would have to discard the other 2 attacks. If you only have one attack in your hand, you could exert for an attack and, if you found one, play it, then discard the attack in your hand after the exertion. Think of it as having to ‘purchase’ attacks.
