I would say no. Dreams are a fantasy world, and many things happen in a dream that do not reflect reality. Even in lucid dreaming, you cannot control all aspects of the dream. I believe you would only be cheating if you were awake and making a concious decision to be unfaithful to someone with whom you have an active relationship.
