Lottery System for Ticket On-Sales How does the lottery system used by the RBC Center for concert ticket sales work?
For those coming to the Time Warner Cable Box Office at the RBC Center, a lottery will be conducted IF NEEDED. Guests arriving at the RBC Center will be allowed onto the property no earlier than 6:00 a.m. and should start lining up just outside of The Eye at the South Entrance and extend east (Weather Permitting). Guests will be allowed into the building beginning at 8:00 a.m. Please Note: Doors will close at 8:30 a.m. and all others will not be allowed into the facility until those participating in the lottery have been processed. Those who are not here by 8:30 a.m. should line up at the flag poles west of the VIP Entrance and line will extend west (Weather Permitting).
