Lost and stolen pool cards?
There can be only one device issued per address. Come by our office to purchase another access device or send a check in the correct amount made payable to your HOA to the Folly Road address. You can also save postal or drive time by paying online, but you’ll want to make sure to send an e-mail to your manager so that they can confirm and make the proper credits. Once your payment is received a new pool access device will be mailed to you. Please be sure to indicate the property address the replacement is for and a mailing address if different from the property address. Please keep in mind that in order to obtain your new pool access device, your account must be at a zero balance.
