Looking For An Exhaust Part For a 1999 Nissan Maxima?
Hello all. I am in a pickle here and hope that someone may be able to help me out. My son has a 1999 Nissan Maxima with California emissions exhaust system that had been modified and we’re trying to get it back to ‘inspectability’. What we need is a Nissan part (14008). Unfortunately Nissan wants close to 1K$ for the part — way out of my son’s budget. I’m assuming that because it’s California Emissions that the part would only be available in the California area. If someone can help, or stir us in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it. My son brought the car will all the modifications, not realizing that it was not inspectable.
