Looking back, is there anything you would have done differently (i.e. seek help sooner, switched doctors, paid more attention to the mood section in the pregnancy books, etc.)?
I would have learned about the warning signs of PP illness and gotten help earlier the first time around. The second time, I feel I did everything really well and boy, did it make a huge difference in the amount of time I suffered and the severity of the suffering was significantly less!
