I had an abortion in Oct. 2007. It’s now September 2008, and every month I have a REALLY heavy flow for the first two days. Before the abortion, I used to have really light, easy periods…no cramps, only lasting about 3-4 days. Now, the first two days are REALLY heavy. Having to change “super” tampons every 2-3 HOURS. However, it really only lasts like 2 days now. Although, it is heavy, it’s over rather quickly. Cramps vary, usually every other month. I think it has to do with what side my egg is being released. But, for the most part, no cramping…but lots of lower back pain.
