Long distance runners, how often do you run a week?

I run 6 days a week. I always rest on Sunday and ice literally everywhere on my body where it hurts. Here’s my usual routine.. (check my profile for my PR’s) Monday: Long-distance. I jog 1 mile to warm up and stretch my muscles properly. Then I run 11 miles. Tuesday: Speed workout: I jog 1 mile to warm up then stretch my muscles. On the school track or anywhere else, I do 800m repeats for 4 times with 60 second rests between. Then, after 4 of those, I do 2 more sets with 3-minute rests. Finally, after that, I cool down by jogging 4 miles. Wednesday: Same as monday Thursday: 1 mile warm up, and then I run 5 miles at a good pace (5-minute mile pace) and jog for a minute and run 5 miles at the same pace. Then I cool down by jogging 1 mile. Fri: Same as Mon. and Wed. Sat. I take it easy on this day. I jog 1 mile warm up, stretch, and run 5 miles.

I take it week by week. Sometimes I run everyday for 3 weeks, averaging 45-50 miles each week. Then I get tired, and take it easy for a few weeks, only running 3-4 days, and going 25-30 miles. I’m sure it’s not the ideal way to train, but hey, I feel pretty good most days.
