Logging into “Manage My Services” Use Passport York, Yorks computing services method of authentication to log into “Manage My Services”, or any other CNS application, such as ClassList, Dial-up usage, or YorkNet.. First time using Passport York?
• Point your browser to www.apps.yorku.ca and click on “Manage My Services”. • You will see the Passport York login screen • Click on Student Sign Up and read on. • Enter your student number. • Enter your date of birth as shown. If you are York faculty or staff accessing Passport York for the first time, contact your department’s System Administrator or Computer Coordinator for your Passport York initial login information. You (student, faculty and staff) will be prompted to re-type your current password which is (for students only) your date of birth as typed in the previous step. For faculty/staff the password is whatever the system administrator assigned. Next you will be prompted to create a new password. Your new password: • must be 7 or 8 characters long • must use numbers or letters – NO Repeats • cannot be a dictionary word Type your new password and then retype it to verify. Now you will be prompted to choose a new Passport York username. Type a new Passport York username and
