My server requires authentication?::YES ( click on the SETTING BUTTON and then select: Log on using Account name ________ same. Password ________ same.

Do not forget to carry out this requirement: POP/SMTP Server Before you can send any mail by SMTP you must get new mail by POP (or check new mail on server). It for security purposes. Only you can ability to send emails by SMTP.
