Lockfox tells me I cannot connect – whats going on?
General When you launch Lockfox, a series of connection tests are performed to determine if you have the appropriate access to the internet from your PC. Lockfox requries direct access to one of several common “ports” in order to properly establish your secure connection. If you are located on a particulary restrictive network, it may not be possible to run Lockfox from your present location. If Lockfox informs you of this, you will not be able to run Lockfox successfully. At Lockfox we’re always striving to improve our connection options and if you are experiencing issues connecting from a partiuclarly restrictive network, we urge you to check back frequently for the latest Lockfox updates.
