Local Ready Registration asks people to agree to 3 different agreements. What are they about?

Two agreements are required by Tucows / OpenSRS, our domain name registrar. One of those is the terms and conditions OpenSRS requires for anyone who registers a domain through them. The other is the Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) which states how disputes over the right to use a domain name can be resolved. The third agreement is the LocalReady agreement that sets out the terms and conditions that you and LocalReady agree to when doing business with each other.
