Load Zone Locational Marginal Price (LMP) is the weighted average of electrical buses with a load. Do the electrical buses include Resource nodes?
The state estimated net withdrawal at the electical bus is what is used as the weight for the electrical bus in the Load Zone Settlement Point Price (SPP) calculation. If it is net injection at the electrical bus, it is ignored. Resource nodes are included in these electrical buses. If the Resource node is a net withdrawal, it is included in the Load Zone SPP.
