The P99D release introduced CA’s Licensing Management Program (LMP). LMP provides a standardized, automated approach to license management and is designed to eliminate the difficulties inherent in tracking the accurate, licensed use of CA products. The implementation of LMP creates pre-requisites that inhibit simple PTF maintenance application and requires a tape based P99 maintenance level upgrade.
