ll I find out if I’m accepted into SCCAP?
All students accepted into SCCAP will be notified by mail after the final deadline. We anticipate these letters to go out in July. Please note the application deadline is April 30, 2009 and the deadline to take the mandatory VWCC placement tests is June 15. A conditional acceptance letter will be mailed to potential recipients in June or July requesting the attendance of the potential recipient and his/her parent/legal guardian at a mandatory SCCAP and VWCC Orientation Meeting on one of two dates noted in the letter. If the potential recipient does not attend one of these meetings, he/she will be disqualified from the program. The recipient will receive final notification if he/she has been accepted into the program after that mandatory meeting.
