Living in an apartment complex, what are other expenses beyond rent generally?
Ask the property manager exactly what the rent covers and what you’ll need to pay. I’ve never heard of an apartment complex covering phone and cable, but it’s possible. Most apartment complexes that I’ve lived in only cover water, sewer, and garbage. I was on my own for electric, gas, cable, and phone.
