Living in a building with other volunteers and becoming temporary citizens of the island ( 2 months ? 3 months ? 6 months ?
• Become fully functional members of the island except for workload isnt quite as demanding, and it is supervised to make sure there is no problems with knowing how to do things and group socials organised to make sure they feel comfortable and at home with their fellow volunteers. But due to there temporary membership they would not be included in the elder rota list. • Maybe have different volunteer houses at different task centres – so they could change if they were bored or choose which to enter initially. This too would have to be disscussed with other members as this is just conjecture. But I could see how this would help spread the ideas, so that people who would be interested coud hear about it. Also the money raised could be used to help people who wated to become full members but did not have enough money for the journey. But the priority of the island would always have to remain with the full members. Even though we would try to include temp members in everything we could. B
