Live rock-Is it helpful for hair algae and Cyanobacteria?

I have a 150g tank with a lionfish, clown trigger, lunare wrasse, yellow tang, Naso tang, and an emperor angelfish. I am always battling a little Cyanobacteria and hair algae. I have no live rock at all. Would adding live rock help with my problems?
