Your license suspension applies to all the states. If your friend left the pot in the car, ask him to own up to it. You don’t deserve the charge if it’s not yours. But that’s if he’s a good friend. If he doesn’t own up to it, you have to eat the charge, as you are responsible for what’s inside your car. Good luck.
